A 50% deposit is required to reserve the requested event date. Deposit will be applied to the final bill.  The date, services, and rental items are not reserved until deposit is received by CBM. Note: Deposits are non-refundable.

Invoices are valid for 7 days without payment. Balances are to be paid in full 7 days prior to event. If balances are not received or arrangements are unsolidified, services/rentals are subjected to be cancelled. No refunds will be issued.

Deposits are non-refundable.  In the event of a cancellation, notification must be sent via email to creationsbymonee@gmail.com no later than 48 hrs prior to event to receive a refund on the paid balance less deposit.  If rental property or serviced items is ordered and delivered but not used, no refund will be issued.

Delivery/Pick-up: All deliveries and pick-ups are made by CBM.  Delivery and pick-up rate starts at $25 for delivery locations spanning 15 miles outside of postal zip code 60201. Additional delivery/pick-up fees for locations further than 10 miles and excessive tolls.  Depending on location, the latest pickup time is 11pm, extended pickup is available for an additional fee.

The renter agrees that CBM holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to renter or any third party. The renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury and if any accident involving CBM’s rental items occurs while it is in renter’s possession, renter shall make CBM aware by written statement that includes details of the incident during the event including police report and names and addresses of witnesses.

The renter is responsible for loss or damage of items and will pay for the cost of replacement or repair. This cost will be assessed within 5 days of return and presented in a separate invoice payable within 15 days. The replacement value of items will be determined by age and condition at time of rental at the discretion of CBM.
